For 2023, BMW doesn’t make any significant changes to the X5 M. You might as well spend the extra money on the performance-improving Competition package if you’re shopping for an X5 M. It has more horsepower as well as a louder exhaust system, a special Track mode, and bigger rear wheels and tyres as standard equipment. In the latter, the driver has the option of choosing between more agility in the rear-biased Track mode or maximum traction at all four wheels. Wheels 21 inches in diameter and adjustable dampers are standard features. You may also do it if you prefer a staggered pair of rollers with 22 inches out back.
Interior:
The interior of the X5 M is tastefully furnished and filled with many appealing features. A 12.3-inch fully digital gauge cluster is located behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel, which also houses a set of paddle shifters and red M drive-mode buttons. Standard amenities include ambient lighting, a large head-up display, heated front armrests, and racy materials.
More expensive options include better leather upholstery, heated and cooled front seats with massage functions, heated back seats, and other conveniences. The front and back seats have plenty of room for passengers, and there is the capacity for 11 carry-on suitcases in the area behind the back row of seats.
