Hyundai Tucson Finally Gets Parking Sensors

Hyundai Tucson Finally Gets Parking Sensors. Hyundai Tucson has received a new safety and convenience feature, and Hyundai Nishat has finally decided to catch up with the other crossover SUVs in Pakistan. Parking sensors have reportedly been added to the car maker’s model, but they are only available in the top-of-the-line All Wheel Drive (AWD) variant. Expectations were high as a result of rumors that Hyundai was planning something significant for Tucson; nevertheless, the business only offered front and rear parking sensors in its vehicles.

It is important to note that practically all other crossover SUVs on the local market, including Tucson’s main competition, the Kia Sportage AWD, are equipped with parking sensors. Hyundai has not increased the price of the Tucson with this additional convenience option, which is fantastic news for enthusiasts of the vehicle.

Parking Sensors:

All newly released automobiles now come standard with parking sensors since they make parking and maneuvering in confined places easier. A controller inside the car measures how long each signal takes to bounce back off an object. The majority of car manufacturers utilize ultrasonic sensors, which generate sound waves. This aids in its ability to determine how far away the object is. Tucson was introduced in Pakistan in August 2020, and the lack of parking sensors was rather discouraging for customers and auto enthusiasts.

Although it’s never too late, it’s excellent that Hyundai Nishat has chosen to give them three years after the product’s launch. Since just 315 Tucson units were sold in April 2023, compared to 280 in March, a 27% decrease, it is hoped that this additional feature will aid the corporation in increasing Tucson sales. What do you think of the Hyundai Tucson AWD’s new parking sensors? Would it increase the crossover SUV’s sales? Please post your comments in the space below.
