Mazda CX-5 2023 Price in Pakistan, Features, Specs. The Mazda CX-5 2022 is the only mainstream small crossover that treats its driver like a celebrity. The Mazda appeals to the same demographic as the Honda CR-V, but it can also impress people who fall into the tax bracket of the Porsche Macan because its pricing is much closer to that of the latter.
All CX-5 models provide unrivalled ride-and-handling balance in this segment, though the base four-cylinder engine lacks the dynamic driving attitude of the optional turbocharged four. Although there are more practical options, especially in terms of cargo capacity, the Mazda’s beautiful styling and lavish interior furnishings are unrivalled by any competitors.

Mazda adds smoother front and back surfaces to the CX-5’s already stunning exterior for 2022. Its grille also becomes more distinctive, with a new three-dimensional mesh texture and wings that extend outward toward the redesigned LED headlights. The interior has been updated with more comfortable seats. Mazda CX-5 price in Pakistan for the latest model.
Mazda also claims to have improved the responsiveness and smoothness of the transmission. Similarly, the CX-5 is said to ride and handle even better as a result of suspension upgrades. All-wheel drive is now standard on all models, and new drive-mode options give the SUV more control over its behaviour. Price of Mazda CX-5 in Pakistan in 2022.

What’s New for 2023?
This year, the CX-5 is joined in the lineup by the similarly sized CX-50, creating a sibling rivalry within the same showroom, but Mazda says it intends to sell both models for the time being. The 2023 Mazda CX-5 is largely unchanged from last year, but a new optional Rhodium White paint colour is available. Mazda CX-5 2023 Price
Exterior:
The CX-5’s base 187-hp four-cylinder engine has excellent throttle response when leaving stoplights or rushing through town, making it feel faster than it is. At higher speeds, such as when passing or merging onto the interstate, it feels underpowered. The version with a 250-hp turbocharger we tested had significantly faster acceleration. Mazda CX-5 2023 Price
Both engines are equipped with all-wheel drive and a quick six-speed automatic transmission. The CX-5 does not necessitate hard driving in order to be enjoyable or to recognise its superiority. Yes, with its precise steering and smooth corners, it’s ideal for a Sunday drive. However, it has the quiet ride quality of crossovers twice the price and can withstand rough roads.
Interior:
If you wake up inside one of the top-tier CX-5 models, you might think you’ve been kidnapped by kidnappers in an Audi or a Mercedes. It appears extremely upscale due to its high-quality components and excellent layout.
The well-designed steering wheel is squarely in front of the driver and not skewed at a small angle, the floor-hinged accelerator pedal feels better than the more common version that is suspended above the floor, and all front-seat armrests are at the same height for maximum comfort. During our testing, the CX-5 could only fit nine pieces of carry-on luggage behind the rear seats. The storage bay benefits from a completely flat cargo floor.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance:
When pulling away from stoplights or hustling around town, the CX-5’s standard 187-hp four-cylinder engine has excellent throttle response, making it feel faster than it is. It feels underpowered at higher speeds, such as when passing or merging onto the freeway. The 256-hp turbocharged version we tested was noticeably faster. Both engines are mated to a quick-shifting six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. You don’t have to drive the CX-5 hard to appreciate its excellence.
Sure, its precise steering and controlled cornering make for a fantastic Sunday drive. However, it rides smoothly over rough roads and has the ride quality of crossovers that cost twice as much. Its competitors cannot match this harmonious interplay of dynamics. Pavement flaws are isolated, road noise is kept to a minimum, and damping is neither stiff nor floaty.
Simultaneously, the Mazda comes to life on curvy roads. The steering is electrically assisted and provides satisfying responses. The brake-pedal feel on the Signature model we tested was reassuring, with no delay and without being too touchy when applying the brakes.
Real-World MPG and Fuel Economy
The CX-5 has two fuel-economy ratings due to its two engine options. The base 2.5-liter engine gets 24 mpg in town and 30 mpg on the highway. The more powerful turbocharged engine gets 22 mpg in the city and 27 on the highway. We tested both on our 75-mph highway route as part of our extensive testing protocol, and the standard engine returned 32 mpg to the turbo four’s 30 mpg.
Comfort, and Cargo:
When you wake up inside the top-tier CX-5 models, you may believe you’ve been kidnapped by kidnappers driving an Audi or a Mercedes. It feels especially upscale thanks to first-rate materials and a fantastic layout. The floor-hinged accelerator pedal is more comfortable than the more common version that is suspended above the floor, the well-crafted steering wheel is directly in front of the driver rather than offset at a slight angle, and all of the front-seat armrests are the same height for maximum comfort.
Sacrifices come in small packages: in our testing, the CX-5 held only nine carry-on suitcases behind its rear seats. The load floor in the storage bay is completely flat. The cabin also has several nooks and crannies for storing smartphones and other small items. The centre console, for example, has a deep tray in the front and a useful bin with a removable shelf.
Connectivity and infotainment
Every model has a 10.3-inch infotainment display that is controlled primarily by a rotary controller and volume knob on the centre console. Voice commands and steering wheel buttons are also used to operate the interface. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard on all vehicles. Mazda Connected Services, which include access to remote vehicle functions via a smartphone app and a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, are standard on the CX-5.
Safety Features:
The CX-5 comes standard with a comprehensive suite of driver-assistance technology, as well as some additional optional features. Visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) websites for more information on the CX-5’s crash-test results. The following are important safety features:
- Automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection is standard.
- Lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assistance are standard.
- Adaptive cruise control as standard
Warranty and Maintenance Protection
Kia and Hyundai both provide better warranty coverage than Mazda, and some other automakers in this segment provide free maintenance.
- Three years or 36,000 miles is the length of the limited warranty.
- The powertrain warranty is valid for five years or 60,000 miles.
- There is no free scheduled maintenance.
